On-site at the River Lark Project

There’s nothing quite like seeing your hard work take shape in the real world, and we love it when our engineers get the chance to visit live sites and see how their designs are being brought to life.

Recently, Grace Cawdron was invited by ABM Precast Solutions Ltd to visit the River Lark bridge site, part of the new Abbots Vale housing development. The visit gave Grace a first hand look at how the project is progressing and how her contributions are helping shape a key piece of infrastructure.

The bridge will form a key part of the spine road through Abbots Vale, connecting the northern and southern areas of the development. Designed as a single-span structure crossing the River Lark, the bridge features a skewed layout and a reinforced concrete deck supported by robust abutments, all engineered to meet the demands of a growing residential community.

The collaboration between DYSE and ABM Precast Solutions Ltd is highlighted with this site visit and showcases the innovative thinking that drives our work. Work with DYSE to experience the difference that thoughtful engineering and sector expertise can make

We’re excited to follow the progress of this project and proud to be part of the solution.
