Just after Christmas, the tower crane at Axis was dismantled. DYSE undertook temporary works design and checking for the 500T mobile crane which was used to dismantle the tower crane.

Axis is a 29-storey landmark tower in the centre of Manchester housing 170 one and two bedroom luxury apartments. The building is located on a very restricted site in between the Metrolink and a canal lock. The tower, designed by Jon Matthews Architects, is constructed from a reinforced concrete frame.
